MO RODMAN

My byline is Monica, but my friends call me Mo. My pronouns are she or they and sometimes I’ll smile if you accidentally call me sir.

I am a cinematographer, producer and editor specializing in documentary filmmaking. I am currently working full-time as a producer and editor at The Washington Post.

Prior to The Post, I freelanced across the country and worked with a variety of clients including BuzzFeed, HelloGiggles, The Advocate, and OUT Magazine.

I earned a B.A. in Film and Television Production from University of Southern California in 2014.

I live in San Francisco. When not working behind the camera, I am either camping, building something or taking my dog on adventures.
